This Plan ensures that the voices of the people are heard now and in the future as the river is re-imagined and revitalized into an integral part of a healthy, equitable, and sustainable community. The Los Angeles River Revitalization Plan staff support and technical experts is funded by the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.
